GICLÉE PRINTS

Giclée (pronounced jhee-kley or gee'clay) comes from the French word meaning "to spray."  It is a type of inkjet print that uses fade resistant, pigmented-based archival ink and acid-free, archival fine art paper to achieve superior quality art. Giclées are noted for exceptional, sharp detail.

It is usually difficult to distinguish between original art work and giclées. They have the backing of fine art experts and are displayed in many museums around the world.

Although giclée prints have an estimate longevity of 100 years or more, it is still advisable to keep them away from direct sunlight.

This website has signed giclée prints of the artist's original paintings.
